Naming The Enemy

“It’s easier to fool people, than to convince them they have been fooled.”

– Mark Twain

The other day I was having coffee with a friend. He’s former sales rep for a well-known network security vendor.

He said to me, “I have more respect for hackers than I do for network security vendors.”

I was incredulous and asked him to explain…

“Well, these vendors have figured out how to get people to pay insane amounts of money for solutions that don’t actually solve the problem. Even worse, when the network is attacked or breached, these vendors charge even more money for professional services.”

That wasn’t even the end of it.

He went on to say, “You know the worst part? When these vendors don’t know how to fix it, they tell you to just disconnect your network.”

At Tempered we refer to these vendors by another name… “the cartel.”

We’re not here to play those shell-game tactics. There’s a steaming heap of world’s economy and welfare hanging in the balance.

We’re here to say…
Invisibility is security.

Airwall makes your connected ‘things’ invisible.

…try that with your legacy network security solution.
